Great central location for exploring the island. Staff is really friendly. Nice breakfast. The only complaint is I couldn't control the room temperature. Even though I turned it off my room was way too cold.

This is truly a 5 star hotel and you will be greeted and escorted by the valet. For check-in, the front desk offers the best service you can imagine in a hotel. The staff provides courteous and great service. Then you will be escorted to your room, they are very friendly and very professional. The room was very clean and had everything you need. They have a beautiful lounge with lots of great food and options The worker that works there took care of us and everything we asked for plus the places in there are so beautiful. This hotel comes highly recommended, and the staff is truly exceptional
